Phantom Screens, the North American leading provider of retractable screening solutions, is seeking to contract Manufacturer Representatives in response to strong interest from the Commercial sales sector.

Ideal candidates will primarily call on architects, general contractors and condo high-rise developers. Complementary product lines could include commercial grade windows and doors and/or glass curtain wall.

Manufacturer Representatives will be responsible for securing project specifications, presenting quotes to all bidders, tracking projects through to and including the sale, and after-sales follow-up.

Commercial sales territories will be exclusive and split commissions will be introduced. Quotes, marketing materials, hand samples, CAD drawings, written specifications, AIA Continuing Education System (CES) program information, and installation logistics will be provided by Phantom Screens.

All commercial sales prospects from our corporate trade shows will be vetted and forwarded as qualified leads to our representatives. Phantom Screens will be exhibiting at the following shows in 2008: the International Builders’ Show (IBS), the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Annual Convention and Design Exposition, the Pacific Coast Builders’ Conference (PCBC), and the Southeast Building Conference (SEBC).

Phantom’s retractable screening solutions are designed to provide a barrier to insects, solar shading and enhanced privacy. Part of the appeal to our screens is that they are retractable—they can be retracted out-of-sight leaving views unimpeded and allowing maximum daylight into a building.

Phantom products can be mounted on the interior or exterior of a building.
